A pair of sport headphones is always a good idea
As I have mentioned before, I am looking to shed a few ( or more ) extra pounds that I gained after having my son and I am more committed than ever to getting back in shape…I have heard from several people that I do not need to lose any weight, but if I have to be honest with myself 140 pounds is a bit much for a 5 ‘2” small frame woman like me. Ultimately, I am not looking to please anyone other than myself and after taking a look at the mirror…Yes, I need to shed some pounds.
Having a small kid kind of limits what I can do as I more often than not need to find activities that include him, but when I can get some time off and have the chance to work out, I need music…I am one of those human beings that drags when it comes to exercise, but actually can get going if music is involved. Maybe it is that latino blood of mine, but whatever it is, no music, no moving.
